表象训练在跳远助跑起跳教学中的应用

摘    要:依据运动心理学原理 ,将表象训练运用于跳远的助跑起跳教学中 ,进行实验对比研究 .结果表明 ,表象训练能使学生在跳远过程中的助跑速度利用率、助跑起跳成功率以及跳远成绩有明显提高 ,是改善技术、提高教学质量的有效方法之一

Abstract:The article analyses by contrast the experiments in which presentationed training is applied to run-up in long jump teaching by combiming the theory of sports psychology.The study result indicates that presentationed training can obviously improve students' speed utilization ratio and success rate in run-up.Correspondingly,their tesults in long jump will be improved greatly.Therefore,presentationed training is one of effective methods in improving techniques and enhancing the teaching quality in the process of run-up in long jump.
