| 摘 要： | 曾国荃是曾国藩的胞弟，著名湘军将领。他与乃兄一道参与镇压太平天国农民起义，又同曾国藩一样，在治军、为官、处世、教子等方面都有过人之处。他曾任浙江、湖北、山西巡抚和两广、两江总督，从政数十年，深谙为官之道。他执政期间的吏治思想既是对前人经验的传承，又在此基础上有所发展，并付诸实践，取得了一定成效。

| Abstract: | Zeng Guoquan was the younger brother of Zeng Guofan who was very famous general of the Xiang Army. Just like his brother Zen Guofan he surpressed the peasant uprising of the Taiping Tianguo with his elder brother. He was very clever and good at military training, being official and dealing with daily affairs. He was once the provincial governor of Zhejiang, Hubei and Shanxi provinces respectively. He also was the co-governor of Guangdong and Guangxi provinces and co-governor of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. His idea of administration absorbed the historical experiences and developed in his proctice of his office duty and achieved a certain result in his official duty. |
