摘    要:在体育运动中,目前有许多发展力量与爆发力的方法,然而至今还没有找出一种最为有效的发展爆发力的方法.通过对西南师范大学体育学院1999级本科男生的分组实验比较来证明用单腿进行腿部力量练习,所承受负荷带来的训练效果,目前是比较科学的方法.

Abstract:At present there are many ways to develop strength and explosive force in exercise training. However, no effective way has been found to develop explosive force yet. A grouping experiment was conducted in male undergraduates enrolling in 1999 in the physical education institute of Southwest Normal University in China. The purpose was to compare and prove that to bear load by one leg in training will achieve good training results. It is a rather good scientific method so far.
