| 摘 要： | 入世后各行业面临的挑战实质是人才的挑战，教育能否适应时代要求调整人才培养模式是挑战成败的关键。章从现行人才培养模式弊端，国际国内社会环境及人才培养模式改革几方面论述WTO对教育的影响。

| Abstract: | After entering WTO,all the challenges we are facing ,in a word,are the challenge of the talented persons.Whether the education can adjust the mode to the time is the critical step of the challenge.This paper discuses the influence of WTO to the education from the following aspects.the malpractice of the present training mode of the talented persons;the social environment at home and abroad,and the reform of the training mode of the talented persons. |
