| 摘 要： | 理论界围绕诺斯路径依赖的前沿问题提出许多具有生长点意义的思路和研究方向。从方法论角度讲，尽管路径依赖是人们时常运用的范畴，但系统分析路径依赖理论的作用机理、论证基础以及拓展研究问题的则少见，需要进一步梳理和综合探讨，在理论与实证研究中体现它的理论生命力和适用性，并在此过程中完善这一理论以弥补它的缺陷。
