| 摘 要： | 图书馆危机管理的理论研究与实践是目前图书馆界逐渐受到重视的课题。危机预警作为危机管理的第一步，对图书馆危机管理的开展具有重大的理论与实践意义。科学合理的危机预警能够帮助图书馆及时发现危机隐患并采取防范和处理措施，将危机损失降到最低。文章分析了危机预警机制在图书馆危机管理中的作用，并对预警机制进行构建，设计了图书馆危机预警指标体系，对图书馆危机预警系统作出了细致的分析。

| Abstract: | Library crisis management is becoming a new important subject in library study and its management practice. As the first step of crisis management, warning is significant for the whole process. Completed warning mechanism can find out and deal with the potential crisis, then minimize the loss of crisis. This article analyses the effect of crisis warning mechanism on library management and constructs the warning mechanism, designing and describing the warning system. |
