运动性疲劳心肌缺血与心肌组织心钠素表达下降的相关研究

摘    要:研究目的:探讨运动性疲劳状态下心肌缺血与心肌组织心钠素表达下降的相关关系。研究方法:选用健康雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组:安静对照组(C组)、运动性疲劳组(E组)、自然恢复组(NR组),每组10只;采用免疫组织化学ABC法、组织学HBFP染色法和计算机显微图像分析方法,研究运动性疲劳心肌缺血与心肌心钠素表达下降的相关关系。结果表明:运动性疲劳状态下心肌缺血与心肌组织心钠素表达下降高度相关,提示心钠素表达下降是心肌缺血发生的一个重要因素。

Abstract:The paper is to explore the correlation between myocardiac anoxia and the decline of myocardial atrial natriuetic factor expression under the condition of exercise induced-fatigue. Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: Control group(C); Exercise-induced fatigue group (E); Nature-resumed group (NR) with 10 in each group. Immunnohistochemical (ABC method), histological (HBFP method) and computer image processing method were adopted to investigate the correlation between myocardiac anoxia and the decline of myocardial atrial natriuetic factor expression. The results showed that there was a high correlation between myocardiac anoxia and the decline of myocardial atrial natriuetic factor expression. The research indicated that the degressive content of myocardial atrial natriuetic factor was an important inducement of myocardiac anoxia.
