摘    要:当前教师专业化发展中存在着水平参差不齐、程度不高等问题,教师有知识、技能、态度等方面的专业发展需求。为更好地促进教师专业化发展,学校校长责无旁贷。校长必须用现代教育理念引领教师的思想,科学设置目标引领教师的专业规划,制定科学规范的制度引领教师的行为,推动教师专业化发展。

Abstract:Education reform puts forward higher requests to teachers' specialization. In present development of teachers' specializa- tion, there are some problems as:different levels, lower degrees, and so on. Teachers need the development of specialization in the fol- lowing aspects: knowledge, skills, attitude, and so on. Therefore, the college presidents are responsible to promote the teachers' spe- cialization development. Along with the thinking that a college makes its teachers succeed but the president leads them to, this article puts forward some concrete approaches for the teachers' specialization development. The president must lead the teachers' thoughts with the modern educational concept; lead the teachers' specialty plans with scientific goal setting, and lead the teachers' behaviors with scientific and normal regulations. In the school construction, he must promote the teachers' specialization development by lead the teachers to succeed.
