摘    要:在深入分析校企合作培养机械类创新人才重要意义的基础上,归纳出订单式、实训基地式、交互式三种主要培养模式,并针对培养模式中存在的问题,提出切实可行的改进措施。

Abstract:This paper presents three kinds of mechanical training models: customized training model, industrial training base model and interactive training model after an analysis of the important significances in the training of mechanical innovative talents has been made. It also lists the effective measures based on the existing problems in training.
