基于能力知识管理水平的模糊评价

摘    要:以增强知识管理水平与企业经营绩效的关系为出发点,基于能力视角,建立了知识管理水平的评价指标体系,给出了知识管理水平的模糊评价方法。研究结果表明:基于能力视角对知识管理水平进行模糊评价,有助于企业发现自身的不足,为企业实施知识管理提供参考。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the relationship between the knowledge management and enterprise pefformanee. In this paper, it designed the index system of the evaluation performance of knowledge management based on the view of ability, set up the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model. It draws the conclusion that the comprehensive fuzzy performanee evaluation of knowledge management based on the view of ability, which can help to search for the disadvantage about the enterprise itself, offer the reference for the enterprise implementing knowledge management.
