| 摘 要： | 数字教学资源建设是高校开展教学信息化的重要基础。文章从建立高校数字教学资源建设激励和评价机制方面对目前学校资源库建设中存在的问题进行了详尽分析,并且从学校政策导向直至细化到计算分值,建立了一整套奖励和评价机制。
