| 摘 要： | 高职学生是一个心理发展尚未完全成熟、稳定的特殊群体,高职学生的发展压力特别是竞争压力、学习压力、经济压力、就业压力、情感压力等普遍增大,由此而引发的心理问题也随之增多,这就对他们的心理素质提出了更高的要求。在当前的严峻情势下,作为促进高职学生全面发展重要途径和手段的高职学生心理健康教育工作亟待进一步加强。心理健康教育工作不仅仅是时代发展的要求,也是经济和社会的发展对高素质人才的呼唤。

| Abstract: | The students of higher vocational colleges is a special group with immature and unsteady mental state,and most of them have been burdened with great development pressures from competition,study,finance,employment and emotion,which has aroused more and more mental problems and required high mental quality to this group.In this situation,the mental health education to higher vocational college students,an important approach to improve their all-round development,should definitely be strengthened.The mental health education is required by not only the development of the time,but also the demand for high-quality-talents along with the economical and social development. |
