| 摘 要： | 在我国建设世界一流大学的进程中,大学内部治理结构问题不断凸显,主要表现为学术权力与行政权力博弈的失衡。学术权力与行政权力冲突的起源在于形成基础和价值取向不同;而冲突的实质则在于利益争夺,主要表现为对话语权的争夺。学术权力与行政权力之间的博弈已经出现了一方吞噬另一方的"零和博弈"的趋势,学术权力陷入了"囚徒困境"。如何在冲突中寻求平衡的支点是解决该问题的核心,必须通过完善的制度设计,构建和谐的权力关系模式,从而营造和谐的高等教育生态圈。

| Abstract: | In the process of building world first-class universities,many management-related problems are arising inside the universities,which are manifested in the one-sided struggle between academic power and executive power.The conflict stems from their different foundation and value orientation and its nature is the struggle for benefit,specially the discourse power.The conflict is showing a one-sided tendency,and the academic side is thrown into a "prisoner’s dilemma." The way out of the problem is to make a balance between the two sides by establishing a proper regulating system and constructing a harmonious power relationship. |
