| Abstract: | Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region from ancient time. Cultural exchanges and integration among the various nationalities in the history of Xinjiang made it formed a strong national cohesion and solidarity which are based on Chinese culture. Maintenance of Xinjiang in pluralistic integra- tion, harmonious coexistence and resolutely oppose ethnic separatism are of the profound historical connotation and realistic significance. |
