| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立与完善,高校管理体制改革的深化,特别是合并办学形式的大量产生,对高校档案工作,尤其是对合并高校的档案管理带来一定的冲击。如何管理好这些合并高校的档案便成为高校改革中的一个重要问题。
