| Abstract: | This paper introduces the important measures on the development and construction of science and technology novelty retrieval in the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shaanxi. To expatiate the function of science and technology novelty retrieval in the local scientific and technological innovation and development, the new development trend and countermeasures of the science and technology novelty retrieval is researched and analyzed. |
