| 摘 要： | 为了更好地在我国普通高校体育中实施素质教育 ,本文对目前我国普通高校体育理论教学的现状进行了分析 ,对在素质教育条件下加强体育理论教学的必要性进行了探讨 ,并提出了加强我国普通高校体育理论教学的途径与方法 ,旨在为当前的高校体育教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to put quality education into effect validly in physical education in university and college in China. In this paper, the present situation and the necessary of the physical theory teaching in university and college was discussed, and the proposal for strengthening physical theory teaching was put forward. This study was just designed for the purpose to help the physical education reform in university and college in China. |
