| Abstract: | It is important support for training creative high-quality talents and enhancing education quality or science and technology level to construct an opening laboratory system with rational distribution, multiple levels and functions, high standard and efficiency. Based on the reforming and innovation, a new laboratory system according to the high-grade education development in the new times was discussed so as to advance the construction and management of laboratories. |
