| 摘 要： | 本文根据现代管理学提出的以人为本的思想,在健美操训练中充分运用了激励管理机制,研究结果表明激励管理机制能培养队员的训练积极性、集体主义精神、竞争意识与正确的价值观,并探讨了激励管理机制在健美操训练中的几种有效方法。

| Abstract: | The modern management studies under the people-oriented ideology,aerobics training to make full use of the incentive management mechanism,the results of the study indicate that an administrative mechanism to foster team training initiative and the spirit of collectivism,competitive awareness and correct values,and to explore the incentive management mechanism in aerobics training several effective methods. |
