| 摘 要： | 由于生理、心理和伦理等个体因素和家庭、学校和社会环境等社会因素的影响,青少年成为日益严重的网络犯罪案件的主力军。堵塞网络漏洞,完善法制,加强网络管理,营造良好的网络环境是预防青少年网络犯罪的有效措施;加强对青少年的引导和教育,健全青少年网络人格,预防青少年网络有害使用是预防青少年网络犯罪的治本之举。

| Abstract: | For the reasons of physiology,psychology,ethics social factor and family,school,social environment influence,the juvenile net crimins is increasing quikly.It is the effective action to perfect legal system,strengthens the network management and build the good network environment to prevents the young people network crime;Strengthen guide and education of teenagers,perfect teenagers' network personality,prevent the net use harmfully,it is the act of getting a permanent cure which prevents juvenile net crime. |
