| 摘 要： | 阅读是传承文明、更新知识、提高民族素质的基本途径。阅读风气反映着一个社会的文化风气和道德风气。连续多次的国民阅读调查显示,我国国民图书阅读率持续走低,浅阅读盛行和功利性阅读泛滥的现状令人堪忧。我国政府已经开始采取措施,集各方之力,带动全民阅读,提升民族文化素质,积极推进学习型社会的建设。

| Abstract: | Reading is the basic way to inherit civilization,renew knowledge and promote national quality.It reflects the moral and cultural atmosphere of a society.The National Reading Survey shows that the quantity and quality of reading are getting worse these years.But our government has taken actions to arouse people's reading enthusiasm to serve the construction of a learning-oriented society. |
