摘    要:市场经济背景下,女性遭遇就业市场上的性别隔离,给城市家庭女性地位带来诸多影响。在市场因素的介入下,"男主外、女主内"的性别角色模式在城市家庭有重新回归的倾向。就业市场上的弱势、经济地位的边缘化导致城市家庭女性在家庭权力以及家庭地位方面处于劣势状态,这也使得处于现代性话语中有着"平等""权利"诉求的城市女性充满了矛盾与困惑。

Abstract:Under the marketing economic system background,gender segregation in the labor market exerts many side effects on the family status of city women. With the influence of marketing factors,the gender role of the city family has a tendency to regress to tradition "Man takes care of the external af- fairs,while woman handles the domestic ones". The disadvantages for profession and economic marginaliza- tion put the city women into a poor situation for the martial power and family status,and all these have confused the city women,who have discourse power and appeal for equality,right and so on.
