| 摘 要： | 现代化是世界各国人民不断追求和实现的目标。现代化建设的关键是人才素质的现代化，而人才素质的现代化又在于教育对人才的培养。体育教育作为学校教育中的重要组成部分，如何在现代化建设过程中培养出适应社会发展的现代化建设人才，本文对此做了初步探讨。
