| 摘 要： | 邓小平法制思想是马克思主义法制理论同中国革命和建设具体实践相结合的产物，经历了一个萌芽、形成和完善的过程。20世纪初到70年代中期是其萌芽时期，于70年代后期到80年代初的改革开放初期形成，在80年代中期以后的社会主义现代化建设时期趋于成熟。邓小平法制思想内容丰富，对我国当前和今后的现代化建设具有重大的指导作用。

| Abstract: | DENG Xiaoping's idea of legal system is the product of the combination of Marxist legal system theory with the practice of Chinese revolution and construction. It has gone through a budding process from the 1920's to the1970's, formation during the initial period of the reform and the opening to the outside word, and the improvement after mid 1980's. DENG Xiaoping's idea is the instructive thoughts of contemporary Chinese legality construction. |
