校本教研制度建设研究回顾与前瞻

摘    要:校本教研制度是随着教师行动研究的兴起而逐步建立起来的。就此,发达国家已采取了一系列制度性措施来保证教师自由精神的发掘和彰显。目前,我国已重视校本教研制度的建设,并取得一定的实践成效,但在理论认识上仍存在较大分歧。因此有必要进一步明确研究的方向,尤其是在夯实基础、适当借鉴、增进反思、注重实证、倡导多元化方面推动研究工作的深入。

Review and Prospect on the System of School-based Teaching Research

Abstract:The system of school-based teaching research was established with the rising "action research" of teachers and the developed countries have adopted a series of institutional measures to ensure the discovery and revelation of teachers' spirit of freedom. At present a lot of attention has been paid to the construction of school-based teaching research system with already some effective practical achievements in China. But there are still some significant differences in the theoretical understanding. So it is necessary to make clear the direction of research,and especially to promote the further development of research in such aspects as strengthening the basis,borrowing experience appropriately,promoting reflection,stressing the evidence,and advocating diversification.
