| 摘 要： | 介绍了用梯形图设计并制作了用可编程控制器（PLC）控制的现代电梯控制装置的实验模型.该模型为5层楼电梯控制,电机的正反转由一个正负12V的电源供电,所有指示灯由一个正5V的电源供电;楼层信息由一个74LS48译码芯片驱动的共阴极的数码管显示.在硬件电路连接好后,向PLC传送编好的控制程序,它能按预先的逻辑较好地完成电梯的控制.实践证明,可编程控制器在工业自动化中的运用和实现工业控制的智能化、稳定性和安全性都具有重要的实际意义.

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the trapezoid diagram design and also made the experimental model of modem elevator control device controlled by PLC. The model provided the control for a five floor elevator. The power supply of positive or negative rotation for the electric motor is a plus and minus 12 V power supply. The power for all of the indicating lamps is from 5 V power supply. The floor information is displayed by the figures tube of the total cathode that is drived by a 74LS48 code chip. After hardware electric circuit conjunction good, delivering the control procedure toward to the PLC, it can complete co trol of the elevator well via the logic in advance. Practice stutes that the programmable controller is useful in industry automating and all have the important and actual meaning for carrying out the industry control whic needs the intelligence, stability and saftty. |
