| 摘 要： | 当前，我国经济和社会发展、教育质量提升以及知识社会的转型等对人才培养模式提出了创新和改革的要求，其目标是实现从学历本位到能力本位，从学科中心到学习者中心，从封闭的学校教育到社会化学习体系的转变。而教育制度的创新，特别是人才培养与选拔制度、评价机制与政府治理制度的创新是实现人才培养模式变革的保证。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the social and economical development,advancement of educational quality and transformation of knowledge society all put forward requirement for innovation and reform of talents cultivation model,and the aims are to achieve three kinds of conversion: from degree-base to competency-base,from subject-center to learner-center,from close school education to socialized learning system.The innovation of selection,cultivation and evaluation mechanism of talents and government administration system are guarantee to the reform of talents cultivation model. |
