| 摘 要： | 民国时期安徽的自然灾害具有灾害频仍、以水旱灾为主、数灾并发、灾情惨重、有灾必荒、灾害有积累性等特点。灾害所造成的影响是多方面的，具体表现为人口的减少和流移、物价高涨和严重的高利贷、田地抛荒、土地集中和社会阶层结构的变化等。

| Abstract: | In the Period of Republic of China, Anhui suffered constant natural disasters of droughts and floods that resulted in disastrous and progressive consequences of famines. Consequences resulted from the disasters can be multiple: population reduction and outflow, hike of prices, and usury, the land left uncultivated, the concentration of land and change of the stratum structure. |
