击剑运动的供能特点

摘    要:本文通过对我国高水平击剑运动员的多年研究,提出了击剑运动是以ATP—CP系统供能,有氧氧化系统补充ATP—CP系统供能为主的运动,乳酸能系统在击剑运动中不占主导地位的观点。在击剑运动中,三个供能系统的供能比例因剑种、比赛的激烈程度、比赛的持续时间而异。随着比赛激烈程度的增加,乳酸能系统供能所占的比例亦会增高。在击剑运动训练中,应着重发展ATP—CP系统的供能能力,极为重视发展有氧氧化系统的供能能力。

Abstract:With many years' study of the elite national fencers, we put forward that the energy of fencing event is mainly supplied by ATP--CP energy supply system, which is replenished by energy supply system of oxidizing proees. The lactic acid energy supply system does not take the leading role in the energy supply of fencing event. During fencing, the energy supply proportion among the three energy supply systems depends on the intensity and the lasting time of each event. While intensity increasing, the proportion of the lactic acid energy supply system will extend. The fencers should concentrate on the improvement of the ability of ATP--CP energy supply system, which depend on the ability of the energy supply systim of oxidizing process in their trainning programs.
