摘    要:多元智能理论认为人的智能是多元的,不同的智能都处于同等重要的位置,每个受教育都能以不同的方式为人类做出有价值的贡献。高职教育要帮助每一位学生获得成功,必须认识培养目标的多样性,开发个性化的教学计划,创设情境化的学习环境,建立复合型的师资队伍,实行综合化的教学评价。

Abstract:Multi-dimension Aptitude Theory states that human aptitude is multi-dimension, all the different aptitudes are very important, every educated person can contribute to human being in different ways. In order to help every student to achieve success, higher vocational education should realize the diversity of cultivating object, develop individual teaching plan, create the scene for study, establish complex persons team qualified to teach and implement synthesis teaching evaluation.
