摘    要:在对传统管理思想在现代企业中运用相关逻辑框架进行总结的基础上,基于西方现代管理的利益相关者理论及传统文化"修齐治平"的逻辑推演过程,构筑了集"修已"、"安人"、"谋攻"与"定邦"于一体的新框架,以更好地指导现代企业的管理实践,并提出传统管理思想在现代企业中运用的制度建设过程应采用渐进式嵌入模型.

Abstract:Following an extensive review of related frameworks for using traditional Chinese management thoughts in mod-ern enterprises, this paper integrates stakeholder theory with traditional Chinese life mission including cultivation of one' s characters, management of one' s family, administration of one' s country and unification of the world in peace to set up a new framework that puts managers ' self - management, human resource management, strategic management, com-petition & marketing and corporate social responsibility together, in order to guide management practices of modern en-terprises better. This paper also suggests that modern enterprises should apply the gradually embedding model in the course of system construction of using traditional Chinese management thoughts.
