| 摘 要： | 大学体育教学有其不可替代的教育功能。通过对大学生一定的体育运动项目的有计划训练,培养身心健康的高素质的大学毕业生。在大学体育教学中,着力培养大学生的人文精神,使得大学生在体能增强的同时培养出良好的个人责任、团体协作精神,大学体育教学是实现大学生人文精神培养的有效途径。
