摘    要:重庆在努力打造国际"美食之都"的过程中,重庆美食文化的发展传播至关重要。借助交际翻译理论探究重庆美食文化的译介,提出重庆美食从交际角度出发,注重呼唤功能,兼顾信息功能的翻译策略。

Abstract:Chongqing cuisine culture plays a key role in Chinese catering culture due to its rich connotations and distinctive features. The development and communication of Chongqing cuisine culture is of vital importance in the development of international Gourmet Cities. The article probes into translation of Chongqing cuisine cul- ture with the help of communicative translation theories and presents the translation strategy for Chongqing cui- sine that emphasis should be placed on both vocative function and informative function from a communicative perspective.
