摘    要:我国高师培养模式是伴随着近代学制的诞生而建立起来的,大体经历了这样的发展变化:定向型培养模式的确立——非定向型培养模式的尝试——由定向型向混合型培养模式的过渡和发展。高师培养模式的演变对当前高师改革有深刻的启示:树立师范教育的国家意识,正确认识高等师范教育的性质与使命,是高等师范教育健康发展的思想基础;关注基础教育,引领基础教育,全方位地服务基础教育,是高等师范教育的生存基础;提升学术性和师范性,彰显师范特色,是高等师范教育发展的个性基础;有为才有位,坚持与时俱进的品质是高等师范教育的发展基础。

Abstract:The mode and its development in higher normal education in China has gone through the following periods: from the setting up of the directed cultivating mode to the attempt of the implement of the indirected cultivating mode to a transitional period between the directed and blended mode.These changes provide some revelations on how to carry out modern reform in higher normal education. First,we should have a right awareness of what higher normal education is and how to carry it out,for this could serve as a foundation.Then,as primary education is the key in the whole education system,we should pay close attention to and give it an all-round support.Thirdly,we should elevate the quality of higher normal education with its academic advantages standing out.Finally,we should keep it developing together with the whole society.
