| 摘 要： | 职业教育的发展需要大量的具备“双师素质”的高层次职教师资．不同学科不同专业的师资培养方式应该有自己的规律和方法。本文主要探讨了高职计算机专业“双师素质”师资培养的背景、存在的一些主要问题．并针对这些原因与背景提出了计算机专业“双师素质”师资培养的过程控制与考核机制。
