| 摘 要： | 图书馆信息服务在图书馆工作中处于核心地位，对其的研究是至关重要的。从图书馆信息服务的原则、图书馆信息服务的作用、图书馆信息服务的方法、图书馆信息服务对象、图书馆信息服务的评价等方面研究了国外的研究现状。从数字环境下的图书馆信息服务，图书馆信息服务模式，图书馆信息服务存在的问题及对策，国外图书馆信息服务等方面研究了国内的研究现状。以期对图书馆工作有所帮助。
