| Abstract: | Enhancing and implementing the miors' thought morals is one of the important contents of the scientific Development Concept.The community culture has a special function on the construction of the minors'thought morals.The construction of community culture,with the minors as the main participants,should be controlled well on the developing direction.We should pay great attention to constructing the studying community.We should also emphasize the creation of forms and contents of actirities. |
