| Abstract: | On the day of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become a new type of management module in every kind of industry to be adapted to the situation of the new economy. The thesis puts forward that every branch of the journal work should be integrated to a whole chain to implement knowledge management. At last it discusses briefly how to combine humanism literature idea with knowledge management to direct the journal work. |
