管壳式换热器的工艺设计方法

摘    要:介绍了石油化工领域常用的三种管壳式换热器的结构特点和适用条件,给出了管壳式换热器工艺设计计算的方法和步骤,并探讨了分析和选择工艺计算结果时应考虑的要素,最后提出了几条提高其传热能力的措施。

Abstract:The paper introduces the structure feature and application conditions of three usual types of shell -and-tube heat exchanger .It provides the calculating method and process as well as the points to be consider when analyzing and choosing .It also shows measures to rise exchanging ability .
