| 摘 要： | 教育是属人的世界,人性是教育理论体系构建的坚实基础.教育是一种以育人为目的,为了人的发展和人自身素质提高的实践活动.教育必须以人性为基础,真正开展人性化教育,具体做到:教育要以人性为基础,关注"育人"与"成人";教育人性化要克服"人的空场",并善用"惩罚";教育人性化要坚持鲜明的生命立场.
