摘    要:运用心境状态测量和正交试验的方法,组织学生进行有氧耐力组合练习.实验结果表明,组合练习不仅能提高学生的生理机能,而且还能有效地预防心理疲劳的产生,改善学生的心境状态.另外,采用60%VO2max强度的有氧耐力练习,对提高青年学生的生理机能效果最佳.

Abstract:By means of profile mood states and orthogonal experiment,some undergraduate students have been put in an experiment to take part in combined exercises of aerobic endurance training. The results show that combined exercises can not only improve the physiological functions of students but also guard them against mental fatigue and poor state of mind.
