| 摘 要： | 充分利用可再生能源对我国实施可持续发展战略具有重要意义。本文回顾了我国可再生能源政策的发展历程，对我国20世纪80-90年代的可再生能源政策进行了比较分析，最后提出若干相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | How to use the renewable energy efficiently is important for Chinese sustainable development strategy. This paper reviews the development process of Chinese renewable energy policies, and gives an analysis of 1980's and 1990's renewable energy policies. Finally, this paper makes several suggestions about the renewable energy policies. |
