学科体系与行动体系课程及教材的比较

摘    要:近年来,职业教育这种不可替代的教育类型越来越引起政府和社会的广泛关注,高职院校通过不断实践探索,确立了校企合作的办学模式和培养高端技能型人才的目标。高职教育本质上是就业教育,是"老百姓身边的大学"。传统学科体系下的课程和教材已经不能满足高职的人才培养模式,应按照工作过程系统化的职业行动体系对课程和教材进行解构和重构。本文通过对学科体系和职业行动体系下的人才培养模式、课程体系构建和教材开发作比较,进一步明确高职教育的目标定位和发展方向。

Abstract:Nowadays, Vocational education arouse increasing attention of government and society. Vocational colleges have established the pattern of school-enterprise cooperation and goals of training highly skilled personnel. The academic-oriented courses and textbooks can't meet the demand of the goals so action-oriented courses and textbooks should be applied and de veloped. This paper compares the developing of textbooks, construction of subject systems and the training mode of highly skilled personnel between academic-oriented system and action-oriented system, thus indicate clearly the goals and the devel oping direction of vocational education.
