| 摘 要： | 就业难,高校贫困生就业更难。在高校贫困生创就业工作中引入服务学习的教育理念,促使贫困生在服务中通过双重身份的认知治愈精神贫困,又能学习到多种职业能力,在创就业时,既实现了自身价值又可以为社会创造价值,于学生、学校、社会来说都是共赢的。
