| 摘 要： | 不同社会历史时期的伦理道德具有不同的思想实质和理论形态，反映不同的时代精神。中国近代历史上发生的社会性质的根本性变革，促进了传统伦理道德向近代伦理道德的转型，后者体现在伦理精神的变革、价值观念的转换和道德原则的更替等方面，从理论形态而言，这一转型的实质可以概括为消解道德认识和道德原则上的绝对主义、摒弃形而上的道德本体和解构道德标准上的整体价值。

| Abstract: | Ethics in different social-historic times has different ideological essence and theoretical form,reflecting different spirit of the times.The social nature's fundermental change that took place in Chinese modern times promoted the traditional ethics' transformation to the modern ethics which embodied in the ethical spirit's change,value-sense's change and moral principle's replacement,etc.Looking from the theoretical form,the essence of the transformation can be summarized as clearing up the absolutism in moral knowledge and moral principle,abandoning metaphysical moral noumenon and disconstructing integrative value in moral criterion. |
