| 摘 要： | 通过对2000年新的篮球规则中球权及特殊情况的研究,探讨新规则在处理特殊情况时罚则发生的变化。从而使裁判员在临场工作中正确掌握特殊情况时的罚则。研究结果表明：在处理特殊情况时,只进行罚则之间的“保留、抵消、执行、撤消”。

Study of Special Situation and Penalty in New Basketball Rules |

| Abstract: | By studying the possession of the ball and special situations in modified basketball rules in 2000,the alteration of penalty in dealing with special situations occuring after the modification of the rules are explored so as to make officials quite grasp the penalty when special situations occur in the spot. The results indicate that "reservation,counteraction, execution and recantation"between penalties are principal when dealing with special situations. |
