| 摘 要： | 由苏联改革失败的教训可以看出，邓小平对社会主义改革理论的贡献在于：一方面必须坚持四项基本原则，坚持社会主义基本制度不动摇，这就避免了戈尔巴乔夫改革的方向性错误；另一方面，还需要解放思想，要在观念上把改革当作一场革命，根本改革经济体制及其他方面的体制与机制，这又克服了戈尔巴乔夫之前的苏联改革过于保守的失误。这是我国社会主义改革取得巨大成就的基本经验。

| Abstract: | From the comparison of reforms between the former Soviet Union and our country, we can make a conclusion that there are two aspects of Deng Xiaoping's Theoretical Contribution to Socialist Reform. One the one hand, he points out that carrying out reform must uphold the four cardinal principles, and must keep steadily the socialist basic systems, and avoid the fatal mistakes made by Gorbachev; on the other hand, he also insists that executing reform must emancipate the mind and seek truth from facts, and consider the reform as a Revolution, and avoid misplays made by pre-Gorbachev's. These are our basic experiences obtained by our country in socialist reform. |
