| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the number of immunocyte during acute exhausting exercise under a common temperature condition without taking a sauna with those during the same workload and under the same condition after a sauna.Methods： Sixteen unacclimated men were divided into the control group（n=8） and the sauna group（n=8） randomly.They respectively performed an incremental test to exhaustion on a treadmill under a common temperature condition（25℃,relative humidity 60%） without taking a sauna and the same condition（25℃,relative humidity 60%） after a sauna.We tested the content of WBC,neutrophil,lymphocyte and monocyte at AR,IMPEX,postexercise 1h and postexercise 24h.Results：（1）the TWBC increased highly significant（P0.01）at IMPEX and recovered at postexercise 1h（P0.05）;（2） the content of neutrophil in the control group increased highly significant（P0.01）at IMPEX and decreased at postexercise 1h（P0.05）but unrecovered（P0.01）,and recovered at postexercise 24h;the content of neutrophil in the sauna group increased significantly（P0.05）at IMPEX and recovered at postexercise 1h;（3） the contents of lymphocyte and monocyte increased highly significant（P0.01）at IMPEX and recovered at postexercise 1h.Conclusion：These findings demonstrated that the content of neutrophil in the sauna group increased limitedly and recovered quickly after acute exhausting exercise.It may be indicated that excitability to exercise decreased after a sauna.It is positive to raise the motor ability. |
