| Abstract: | This study, by using three -dimensional constant speed camera and video analysis system, tests and analyzes the techniques of clean and jerk of elite athletes in women＇s weightlifting with biomechanics principles and methods to reveal the kinematic characteristics and principle of this technology, and to make the diagnosis and evaluation of the players＇s technology rationality. It also aims to provide a theoretical reference for the theory of technology for the clean and jerk and the training. |
