| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和层次分析法，依据社会学统计原理与方法，针对高校体育专业教学管理工作实际，从身心素质、体育教学素质、思想道德素质、知识文化素质和创新教育素质等方面构建了一套评价普通高校体育教师综合素质的指标体系，并建立了其计算的数学模型，实践检验该体系具有一定科学性。 |

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature study,questionnaire and Analytic Hierarchy Process,according to statistical theory and method of sociology and focusing on practical management situation of physical education in universities,a set of assessment system of P.E teachers' comprehensive quality in universities was established with regard to physical and psychological,physical educational,moral,knowledge,innovative and cultural factors. |
